Industrial Stormwater Permit Renewals Made Easy
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is currently renewing the TPDES Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP), TXR050000, which will expire on August 14, 2026. This means that if you hold an Industrial Stormwater Permit, you will need to go through stormwater permit renewals for your business. You'll have a 90-day grace period after the permit expiration to file a Notice of Intent (NOI) and update your stormwater plan.
