Industrial Stormwater Permit Renewals Made Easy
The Texas Commission on Environmental Quality (TCEQ) is in the process for renewing the TPDES Multi-Sector General Permit (MSGP), TXR050000, which expires on August 14, 2026. In other words, if you have an Industrial Stormwater Permit, you'll need to renew for your business. You will have a 90 day grace period from when the permit expires to file a Notice of Intent (NOI) and amend your stormwater plan.
