We work with investors and engineering firms to complete jurisdictional delineations. This helps our clients know if wetlands and/or potential regulated Waters of the US are onsite for acquisitions and project design purposes. Our services include sampling, mapping and flagging the wetland boundaries.

Sometimes, the maps that state agencies use for guidance on wetland impacts are inaccurate. For this project, the client needed to perform remediation efforts, but were told they would have to follow more strict criteria due to the wetland identified in their mapping system. We were able to conduct a jurisdictional delineation and show the agency that the science pointed to something else - a sand dune! They accepted data-backed report and map revision and allowed the client to move forward with their project based on standard practices.
