Becca founded Raven Ecology in 2024 based on a desire to create a client-focused environmental consulting firm that benefits both land and community. She is an environmental professional with nearly 20 years of experience and a strong background in ecological restoration, regulatory compliance, and environmental consulting. With expertise in biological surveys, habitat assessments, stormwater compliance, and environmental permitting, Becca has worked across multiple industries, including land development, resource management, and regulatory enforcement. As a CPESC and CESSWI, she has led environmental compliance programs, developed corporate sustainability policies, and conducted technical inspections for air and water quality.
Kent Stallings, P.G.
Kent is a Senior Geologist (P.G.) with approximately 15 years of experience and has a background in environmental compliance, remediation, and geology, with his expertise spanning across multiple organizations and service industries. Kent has a proven track record of efficiently providing regulatory guidance to oil and gas operators; coordinating and reviewing all remediation work performed by operators and consultants; and facilitating closure of release sites. Kent has a diverse skillset, including conducting environmental compliance investigations, geological assessments, performing all aspects of Phase I & II Environmental Site Assessments, and supervising remediation projects.
